This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of RankGem (the "Service"), operated by FounderGem LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
1. Use only properties you control
You may connect and publish only to websites, repositories, and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You must have the right to grant the access you connect, and you must comply with the terms of every connected platform (including WordPress, GitHub, Google, and any publishing or social network).
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create, optimize, or publish content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- contains malware, phishing, or links intended to harm or deceive;
- promotes hate, harassment, violence, self-harm, or illegal activity, or sexualizes minors;
- impersonates a person or organization, or misrepresents authorship, endorsement, or origin; or
- violates the policies of the platforms where it is published, including search-engine and publisher spam policies.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- use the Service for black-hat SEO that harms third parties — such as mass spam, cloaking, link schemes targeting sites you do not control, or manipulative tactics that violate search-engine guidelines;
- scrape, analyze, or publish to sites in violation of their terms, robots directives, or the law, or attempt to bypass technical access controls;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or usage limits;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
- use automated means to abuse generation limits or otherwise misuse the Service.
4. Your responsibility for output
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unintentionally similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before you publish it, and for ensuring it is accurate, original enough for your purposes, lawful, and compliant with the policies of the destinations where you publish it.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
